2. Bookings and Payment
Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text from us.
Payment: A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. We accept credit cards, bank transfers and cash.
Taxes: All rates are subject to applicable local taxes and service charges.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Non-Refundable: Cancellations are non-refundable.
No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: From 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and additional cost.
Check-Out: By 12:00 PM. Late check-out may incur additional fees.
ID Requirement: Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID upon arrival.
5. House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors:
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
Parties: No parties or large events are allowed without prior written approval.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Pets: Pets are not permitted / Pets are allowed with a deposit.
6. Damages and Liability
Guest Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents during your stay. We reserve the right to charge your card for necessary repairs or replacements.
Liability: Stayomi is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay, nor for any accidents or injuries sustained on the premises, except where caused by our gross negligence.
7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The terms applicable to your booking are those in force at the time of your reservation.
